Short Biography: Engin Demir received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Bilkent University in Computer Engineering at January, 2009 and September, 2001. He received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering and Information Science from Bilkent University at June, 1999. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.
